Reliquary Location Policy

Greetings Mortals,

We are enacting a new support policy regarding allowed locations for Reliquary structures. This new policy exists to maintain the gameplay integrity of contesting Reliquary Relics, as being easily contestable is a core part of their design.

The new policy:

Reliquaries must not be built in any location that is not accessible via normal travel methods, meaning that for example no spells such as Ice Barrier, being a spirit or mounts such as spiders must be necessary in order to access a location.

  • Any Reliquary Relics currently placed in areas which do not meet the above criteria will have until Monday the 17th of March 2025 to be moved to a valid location by the owners.
  • After Monday the 17th of March 2025, any Reliquary structures found which do not meet the above criteria will be moved by a Senior Game Master to a nearby valid location.
  • If no valid alternative location exists within the original Territory area, the Reliquary structure will be removed and the construction plans will be refunded to the owner.
  • In the event a Reliquary structure must be removed, the Relic inside it will be moved by a Game Master to an accessible location nearby. Please note that this means the Relic may be placed near other players.

As a rule of thumb, Reliquaries must be placed in good faith locations and not with the intention of inhibiting or denying access to other players as a result of where it has been built.

We hope that you can appreciate this new policy, and our commitment to improving your experiences in Nave.
