How about tagging stolen items for impossible to be deleted for x amount of time, once the culprit has stolen it. So the victim has a chance to get his stuff back?

That Buddy comes down to which Town you're in. Might bait him to a dead corner of the Town and rob him there with a few others? If there are Guards. I would'nt want to take a someones noob gear but just take away his weapon to disable his combat. Of course it would come down to what playstyle...

Pickpocketing will come in handy for sure for stealing lighter items in your inventory. Yet you would'nt be able to steal the weapons in his hand or sheathed. Well you should still suffer some consequences for decapitating someone into Mercy mode, so eventually you could turn red, maybe? I think...

It is intended to work like that buddy, else parrying or blocking would be too easy.

Mainly that is coz of the new big patch incoming and new balances to the combat that will be introduced, therefore new systems will be implemented meaning that we'll have to get used to new combat. In general the combat is still a bit lacking yes, but it is alright for now. Some Weapons are...

I think it's best to wait until the big patch with Bows comes in ... as that will trigger many new issues to be handled. Mostly the balance in combat but also viability and other stuff. Right now I think the melee combat feels and does great. My personal opinion.

Well we need to get the PvErs... the Sheep somehow to this game for us the PvPers ... the Wolves to nourish right.
