Two handed swords are just for the looks really. In group fighting what matters is pure brute dmg which you won't get from a sword. A battle-axe on the other hand does it with blunt dmg. And spears? These animation fakes are a lot to handle and now poleaxe have gained the same stupid animation...

The competition of guilds keeps this game and its playerbase alive. The complete opposite of what wow is on that spectrum. That is how difficult it is to pull this game off, yet If the game shall have things that can both benefit the individual player and the group player, it would be a win win...
