Either wait it out and hope the MO support staff will handle your request once things are a bit more calm, force the transaction back through the bank or wait a few days/weeks and try the game again. I think most users of steam know about the 2 hour rule and hence, should be aware of the issues...

Did you remember what happened at steam launch? Most didn't even reach the outside of an town before they quit... or were farmed to death I can't say anything about bugs, stability, server issues etc. but Haven and everyone starting from scratch will change things a lot.

I think new players will forget most things about the trailer when they start out as there is so many things to learn and adapt to. You assume a new players will remember the pace of the combat instead of the graphic and directional hits etc. (just to take an example) but I believe they will...

I do not believe the trailer is so far from the truth that it will disappoint people enough to actually hurt the game. That's just my opinion :)

It's a trailer and it must showcase the good things - not what could be a tedious task and what is only a viable features/moves etc... Have you seen any game trailer where it shows the character staring at a progress bar for 30 seconds? These things might be shown in a gameplay trailer if you...
