Ban Policy

Mortal Online 2 ®

Mortal Online 2 uses various automatic cheat detection systems that will automatically flag and ban a player who is found to be cheating. Although these systems are responsible for the vast majority of bans which occur, they are not capable of assessing player gameplay for things such as infringing gameplay policies, breaching the EULA, or other activities which violate our rules.

For these infractions we employ Game Masters, who will manually ban players that have been found breaking the rules. Star Vault reserves the right to declare which actions will constitute a temporary or permanent ban.

Our policy on these manual player bans is a three strike system.

Strike 1

  • The first time a player is found to be breaking the rules in a way that does not warrant an immediate permanent ban, they will receive a temporary ban of 3 days.

Strike 2

  • The second time a player is found to be breaking the rules in a way that does not warrant an immediate permanent ban, they will receive a temporary ban of 14 days.

Strike 3

  • The third time a player is found to be breaking the rules, they will receive a permanent ban.

Note: Strikes are shared across all of a player’s accounts. Reaching 3 strikes total across multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban, even if no single account has reached 3 strikes. A permanent ban is shared across all of a player’s accounts.

Player bans can be appealed by contacting out of game support via the help centre. Do not attempt to discuss player bans with moderation staff on communication channels such as the official Mortal Online 2 Discord, as they are not able to assist you.
