I saw this one in Bakti last night. The server seemed, unstable is the best description I can come up with. The timing of things was a little off, like blocks, and damage taken as well. Swings didn't seem as smooth as usual. After awhile it improved back to normal though.

I have seen this bug in game today and the guy whose animation was stuck was actually 30 meters or so farther along talking to someone, when I pushed him his animation caught up (invisibly though, as in, I didn't see him move he just disappeared in the one place and appeared in the other.)
