Why is it so hard to seev if a box is checked?

Like update sun every frame, how do I know if it is enabled? The fill in color is impossible to see. Well, maybe vision issues, but a white X could go in the box. I have vision issues, so others may not care, but I need help. The boxes are so faint & when enabled, has no visible sign.

These are the devs that made enemy and new player name tag colours almost exactly the same. Out of the whole range of the colours palette in existence they specifically picked yellow for new players, and slightly darker yellow for enemies.

AND there is no way to change those colours.

When you have vidion issues, it really sucks. I have the KTC M32P10. I hsve been a bit monitor nuts, bought 3 recently, to see what looks the best, it is mostly me. Nature is cruel, I never hurt anyone, sorry for that. A vid. on the perfect settings would be a good find, I will do that next day I am on.
