You are skinny. You have negative points to your Strength because of it. Eventually it'll level up as you lower Psyche.

Strength does not level up it turns to red

red means the stat has stored attribute points that can be used on other attributes, for example. if you '-' your red attribute, and '+' another attribute, your red attribute will not actually lower, but your '+' attribute will go up. i see this happening mostly when i switch weights and have my attributes locked, then '-' or '+' something that was affected by weight change and also at 10.
