It's me again! I feel like we outlasted the bleed and things have stabilized, which is good. However, I don't know if 'growth' is going to happen. There are so many things that I would love to see in the game and I encourage SV to be creative and just have fun with additions, BUT I would like to address some balance things that I think need to go and I will explain why I feel that way.
The first thing that 100% has to go is earth quake guaranteed dismount. At a glance, it seems fair, but it's not. haha. You can take a non-mounted character and use it to dismount anybody as long as you can get kind of close. You can dismount a bunch of people. There is no counter play. The only counter play is to have your own suicide earth quakers. Yes, mounted needs counters. Those counters have historically existed (long bows??) but this is too much. It only make sense to people who think mounted should not exist and that every fight should be a foot fight. If there was a mounted skill people could take where an MA or anyone could run into a footie and stun them for 3 seconds, that would be about the same level of ridiculousness.
To stay on mages, gotta get rid of the uninterruptable mage. I think this was a change for pve, so make it so they can't be interrupted in pve, but it changes a lot to have mages that do not have to worry about getting interrupted. Bad mechanic!
I will now move on to elves.
I agree that alvarin sight needs to go. It was cool, but yeah, it takes too much away from the game, and you have to be an alv to use it. It is hard to pin down lore wise as well. I could see being able to focus on a spot and see if someone is there with a long cool down or something, but just becoming aware of every living thing is nuts.
I think armor penetration on runners high needs to go. I can't even imagine why they gave them that, but it was a bad decision. The speed boost skills in general need to be re-worked so you can at least be hit out of them or something. Add some counter to them for races that aren't elves.

Bonus things would be progression wise, it would really be nice to let people progress more easily through their last 5 levels of clade so they can get into mastery. When people hit mastery, I think they get a good rhythm, but having to grind the last few levels of clade is awful. It is quit the game level lame.
Still need to reduce book read times. Still need to make skilling up faster for certain skills.
It would be nice to be able to transfer mounts between characters.
It would be nice to not lose a trinket charge to wayshrine.

We want random loot in the wild.
We want player brokers.
We want mining and chopping tasks.
We want gains for destroying, capping, and building supply towers. Should be gains for all involved. Make people want to do that. MAKE IT SO IT TELLS YOU WHICH TOWER IS GETTING ATTACKED?? Or do I not know how to read part where it's telling me.
Revert the 14 day war with upkeep change.
Stop adding mechanics that dissuade people from using tools the game gives you.
