All your stats change depending on your age. The character builder is accurate. This also makes it so you can theoretically get 1 higher max in every stat than without the clade, though I couldn't imagine having a build without it.

Red means you maxed that stat before getting your +4 Dex Clade Gift (Overflowed). You can just -dex and + another stat and it'll return to normal.

Share a pic of your character info It honestly just looks like your clade gift didn't apply correctly. Bug maybe? Have you relogged since applying the clade buff? This is required.
