i'm not sure in MO2 but in MO1 mana regeneration was like 100% more mana regen. So twice the normal regen. of course armor weight over 4kg would start incurring penalties on mana regen. i do believe the old (mo1) hybrid specs did have mana regen. i haven't really tested enough in MO2 though...

This would be ok if you could visually see people’s reputation. Already the system is overly convoluted. Adding a higher penalty for for something you already can’t determine is not very fair. It is not worth 149$ as it is now. I don’t think it’s even worth 39$ to be honest...but it will be sometime down the line. That’s why I paid it. if you are not patient you will regret spending the money.
