Let longbow ws for like a stagger or if you hit a mounted and ws on the head they get staggered and they lose contol of the mount for a two to three seconds. Stagger on FF would be maybe 1 second.

The issue with regional is that people just VPN to get the lowest price. I would be ok with regional and I would pay the full price but then you have to trust that people will pay it.

Fights dont last 10min. Almost all fights all are under 5 and usually under 3 minutes. Its the players performance not the gameplay mechanics which is your issue for 10 min fights.
