    If you do not use npc cities thievery might as well not exist. This tells us there is something wrong with the skill and it actually does penalize new player who did not move out of npc cities yet. There has to be a way to improve this.

    Is that so? I thought ore was the finite, valuable commodity when it comes to extraction, not time. Somebody can always run a second client and spend 24/7h extracting for his guild, does the timer limit the amount of extraction he will get done or the amount of ore&metal?

    Bro there is a big difference to what basically amounts to a first person medieval slasher with magic and an isometric pre-wwii mmorpg. Full loot open pvp worlds have been done by many more games now which are a lot closer to MO than UO, more prominent and more successful.
