    If the pet auto engaged any attacker then it would be impossible to sneak attack a tamer.. sounds lame In a stream henrik said he wanted to make playing with pets less automatic so you have to press hotkeys for the attacks etc and not a 1 button win kind of thing

    I assume the low respawn rate out in the world is to encourage you to go to dungeons, which have better loot. hard to be MA in a dungeon i thinks but im not an MA. It is way to easy to clear spawns as an MA or MM makes the game feel dumb even if thats not were the loot is at.

    there should be a cooldown that increases with each respawn, making the choice to respawn elsewhere preferable.

    Its up to the bandit Who he wishes to attack, the merchant has given his consent by logging in. that said murders should live a life of uncomfort like Being "restricted" to lawless towns. The game shouldnt protect the player, the player should protect him self or hire bodyguards.
