Honestly some are "ranged" as in you could throw a rock longer. 6kg armor is about 60% regen but I feel is a must för the protection.

No lol I play full plate with melee + bow because there are no downsides almost. wearing leather is like going naked.

Yeah the trade as is now is invest nothing and gain nothing cause light armors are completely worthless. its either plate or naked as I see it, with 95% of pop using plate the rest are mages that cant.

as far as I know thirst is only for potions and hunger doesn't mean you will starve only how much you're allowed to eat to replenishes your reserves. Would it not make more sense to have the reserves more visible then?

I think you misunderstood me somewhere, I have no problem with getting a murder count. So long as I am not on mount I will be getting my spell of first I'm just saying it's easier to have it ticked as long as you are not in town but in town it super easy to accidentally stab someone so I leave...
