The majority of builds use mana to some degree but if you wear heavier armor the only reliable way to restore mana is taking off your armor to rest and then putting it back on. This is tedious and discourages hybrid builds.

They should add instant ghost travel between town priests on a trial period. After some time they poll the community and evaluate the outcome, voila case closed. It can always be limited by x amount of tps per day if they want to restrict it some.
Spawn camping exists in most games and it can be entertaining but in mo2 it requires 0 skill/thought. You know exactly where they will spawn, without gear and with a little animation that delays their action.
There should be an option when spawning at priests to spawn after a 10 second timer so that you can run away in ghost during the timer and spawn some distance away. This is to get away from spawn camping situations. If you've been to jungle camp you know what I'm talking about.
