Is there a forum for tech issues, workarounds, discussions etc?

Im crashing on launch and Ive sent in a ticket to support, but would like to see if anyone else is having the same issue, see if I can solve it witjout waiting for support, who are probably swamped right now.

Im getting unreal process crash
