What town to call home?

Hello, I am brand new to this game and still in Haven.

I was wondering what is a good town to start off in as a home base. I just want to farm some mats and learn crafting and build up some storage before I start trying to roam and get into skirmishes.

I plan on being more solo than playing in a zerg. Just wondering what towns would be a good fit.

I am fully open to joining a guild that is rooted around the city I choose. Also interested in filling a guilds niche as a crafter they need.

Thank you for any replies, this game just seems very overwhelming at the start and I don't want to play running simulator.

Even if you have a solo playstyle, i would recommend joining a guild whilling to help you out with knowledge.

Meduli, bakti, vadda are great starter towns. Well located, close to a diversity of creatures and resources.
