I'm not confident with hardware things but I dont notice any big differences on my computer switch from i.e. 1920x1080 to 980x 800 monitor resolution or enable/disable some things like vsync or low/ medium settings, ecc. . It's like 5 fps more or less in the same spot (Fabernum/Bakti). I tough I can gain more fps switching from various settings.

What's your CPU load? Maybe you're not GPU but CPU bound...

At least for me there is a significant difference between 2k and 4k.

  1. Start the Task Manager. Press the buttons Ctrl, Alt and Delete all at the same time. This will show a screen with several options.
  2. Choose "Start Task Manager." This will open the Task Manager Program window.
  3. Click the "Performance" tab. In this screen, the first box shows the percentage of CPU usage

You can get some fps through setting shadows and effects to minimum, disabling DLSS helps aswell.
weird for me, I have better fps (+5fps) with "use reccomanded setting" command that give to me medium and minum settings then set all minum settings. Both DLLS disabled.

Best performance for me is when settings are at max. then just lower resolution until the fps is acceptable. the render distance slider has a big effect too. Having it at 0% doesn't look that much worse. DLSS has a greater effect on quality on lower resolutions. that setting works with AMD cards too, it uses Radeon Image Sharpening.

And what you can tell me about my 28/29% cpu use, Is it possible? Ty

29% is not much cpu consumption. Can you send pc specs?
I don't know how to help to be honest, game is not that optimized as it should be plus maybe your pc is a bit too old. I dunno.

It should work at minimum. GPU drivers are too old maybe? It sometimes gives some fps in other games if you update them.

GPU is below minimum req. 2GB VRAM is not enough. also you should get a SSD, they are really affordable now.
