weight classes

so im wondering to my self (and now the rest of you lol)

why is the boney weight class very bad yet the obease class is not ?
why not make a boney mage a glass connon that gets those +30 or +40 buffs with crazy good speed ? the obease class gets buffs +20 to psy and int
why not buff the lower weight classes ?
fat mage and the glass mage style XD

Because quite simply speed is king in MO2 foot combat. A glass cannon would imply they also are not that mobile. If they were able to cast magic and hit as hard as a fat mage and out run anything in game including horses, then they would be able to control and win every fight.
