Gentlemen, the current state of horses is unsatisfactory. The Desert Horse is without question the only one that is PVP-viable. In the interest of balance, I propose the following changes: Adjust Jotun speed to match the current speed of Deserts. Exchange all abilities of Desert horses with those of Jungle horses. This accomplishes two things....first it provides two viable top tier mounts. Second, it places both of them in less accessible biomes and splits their locations on opposite ends of the map.
