Suggestion: taking damage at range

When horses ( And maybe characters too?) are receiving damage from arrows at a distance the horse is not making any sound and there is no visual effect that shows you that you are taking damage except if you are actively looking at chat or horse HP.

Needs fix.

So many horses died thanks to this, some people don't even realize their pets died till they see the lootbag. Precious moment.
