Statue is gone in Haven

So i dont know if i stayed to long in haven but im ready to leave and i only have one statue next to the garden there used to be 2 but the one to leave is now gone what did i do please help.

You now need to go to the fishing village.

You can see it from looking down at the tower. I dropped down from there to get to it.

But you can also walk all the way around to get there.

Here is how I went:
