Skill disabled?

I foolishly adjusted skill levels and now can't make bows because a) Dapplewood skill is disabled and b) Longbow skill is zero. I didn't touch the longbow skill and didn't touch anything regarding resources. Any fix possible other than deletion of character?

Set long bow skill to "+" and read the book again. Did you remove primary points from the Botany skill? Dapplewood lore needs at least 40 points (in the MO1 skill tree the requirements have been visible) in the parent skills to become available.

Yes, I screwed the Botany Skill thinking Dendrology was wood-based skills. I deleted the character anyway because some skills I wasn't using anyway. Thanks for the explanation.
