resizable skills and pet frames

please, please, these windows are laid out in a way that just grinds me down constantly having to deal with them. After 850 hours of dealing with the skills drop down menu, scrolling, can't hover over the skill have to click and then it shrinks the drop down so i have to click it again, having to scroll down because when i click a drop down it drops down off screen, and the pet window is always the wrong size, i can't even comprehend how its possible to always be the worst size for the situation but it is.

Let's see anything change with these I'm begging

If I can jump on your wish list (resizeable windows would be awesome) I'd love to see a window that would hold your last 5 targets or so. The cursor has to be so perfectly on the target that if they are moving its almost impossible to see who it is sometimes. This way if you caught a "blip" of their name you'd have it in your targeted window list.
