Pet Point problem?

I have uploaded the skill to 100:

-Domestication - 100
-Taming - 100
-Creature Control - 100
-Advance Creature control - 100
-Herding - 100

-Lore Mammalia - 100
-Lore Canifornia - 100
-Lore Ursidae - 100

I have raised a white bear to lvl 106 and it takes up 100 pet point, and when I raise the white bear to lvl 107 and it has raised my pet point to 101/100 and it is starting to lower my loyalti and I don't know how or what to do to be able to raise the white bear to lvl 125, right now it is impossible for me, I do not know what I am missing or what I need

You can't level all pets too 125. Very common for the strongest pets, especially those in arachnid lore to never reach max level.

There can be some exceptions if holding items in one or both hands but that's a rabbit hole I don't care to elaborate on.
