Performance problems and shadows glitching

Hello,

I play with a Radeon RX Vega and Ryzen 5 2600. I have video settings at lowest. I still have (short) freezes reqularly. Also the shadows glitch (I think): even shadows from stationary objects flash flicker like mad. (Performance at Haven wasn't too bad.)

I wonder if anyone has similar experience.

I think if i recall correctly the small stutters from time to time are normal. Its when the cache or something is cleared. Is a needed process. With better hardware it becomes shorter but doesnt really go away afaik.

The shadows yeah known bug for some time.

I increased shadow quality and that stopped them from glitching for me.
