New structures, between stronghold / keeps for different types of areas (desert, snow, jungle, etc)

I would like to suggest the idea of special Point of Interest locations that can be claimed by guilds, somewhere between a stronghold and a keep.

These structured will be claimed by players guilds and can be upgraded same as houses/strongholds.

For example, in the jungle I believe it would pretty awesome if we could have some of these:
