At one point it seems as though Risar Hilts/Handles were in their own crafting category, and then moved to others. It seems Risar Dagger Hilts were moved into 1H Blade Hilt Crafting, which is a primary skill.
However, Risar 1H Sword, Hammer & Axe Hilts/Handles were not moved and are currently under Handle & Pole Crafting directly, which is not a primary skill.
So basically you can spend 200 primary points to craft 1H Risar Swords, Hammers & Axes, but it costs 300 Primary Points to craft Risar Daggers.
Risar Dagger Hilts IMO should be placed along with the Sword, Axe & Hammers under Handle & Pole Crafting. It only seems logical?
