I know this has been asked a lot but I have not really found the answers I'm searching for. Can someone who really knows the game mechanics let me know the best mounted archer build dedicated to just that. Can you fit a spear that you can attack with while on horse also? Best possible combo of skills. What levels of skills are needed to ride mounts and if so mounts over 125. I have a fresh reroll to make and want to start it out right. I like to really get into the weeds and know what every single point is being used for and why.
I have support toons that can craft weapons armor etc , so I don't need any crafting whatso ever unless there are available points that can be used for a spific skill on that side of the build.
