Some people love the rep changes, some hate them.. However, there is a HUGE oversight in the design:
If you park a blue horse/pet infront of someone's home while they are in it, and block the door, you've now put someone in a position whereby they have to lose 30 rep just to leave their house. They either have to kill the horse and lose the rep when the person who traps them suicides and reports for murder, OR just wait there until the horse loses loyalty, assuming the person who trapped them isn't feeding it over and over.
Contacting a GM regarding this issue results in them telling the player that there is nothing they can do as it is a PVP matter. So they will simply leave you trapped in your house. This didn't directly happen to me, but was relayed to me via other players where this did occur.
Not many people are aware of this trick yet, but people are learning. People who do not like this reputation change are looking for a reason to punish those who support it; they will of course do this by blocking people in their homes.
I would probably recommend resetting the reputation again and coming up with a solution to this huge oversight; as plenty of people have already had their reputation ruined via this oversight. I also think you'll probably have a mass exodus of your more anti-pvp players when they realize they're forced to live out of Kranesh or Gaul Kor.
