I made a build for a fat mage (ogrma) on the site https://mortaldata.com/. It is said there that mana regen is cut with 4 kg of armor weight, the guys in the game also said that it seems so. and in fact regen is cut after 2kg. (except people there after 6). Mana regen used to start going down at 4 then it was nerfed to 2 at launch. Humans have a clade that allows them to get to 6 (cleric).
