This should be a relatively simple fix but it's a fairly common sense one. For every other direction, the arrow points away from the center. The only one that doesn't is the down/stab indicator. It points upward just like the overhead arrow.
From a shape/pattern recognition perspective, the player needs clear and consistent symbols for their brain to translate. The position alone isn't enough, especially when 3 out of the 4 do it a certain way.
