As title, no matter what people that have local grey and die can give murdercount. Some people that hit you if you are grey won't even become local grey, not that it matters cuz local grey is completly broken.
Theres no point on fighting people as a grey because even if they do hit back they can report you when they die. Might aswell remove the local grey status completly since its a broken placeholder bullshit.
Why add a patch that breaks flagging even more, don't add shit that doesn't work. TEST IT BEFORE U ADD IT.
