Generally Help Chat in "Haven" will function like Global Chat while when in "Mainland" Help Chat will be limited to the areas/proximity of the inside every tavern in world. Players outside of taverns will be informed when attempting to type in help chat to go to a tavern and also be informed a /tavern chat command to mark the nearest in-game tavern Compass/GPS and typing it again will deactivate that marking.
