It's really weird as a tamer with veterinary that I can only bandage my own pet. Veterinary skill should work on any blue animal not just my own pet. This will make tamers more useful in group situations even if they don't have a pet.
While we're at it, you should be able to bandage other people using the anatomy skill, in a similar fashion to the way veterinary works.
