Keep [Help] Chat only in Haven

I saw it being used way too often to warn the entire server about Raids.
This is supposed to be a Help channel, yet ppl use it to "Meta Game"
warn everyone about things happening. Im fine with "Meta Gaming"
outside of the game, but please keep it outside.
