the game crashes all the time - that's kinda OK and expected when it is stormed by a horde of players at release. But I lost all progress of the char on the first crash and I was not the only one. This is something that should *never* happen - like another server wipe. The IT architecture of the game should make sure it is almost impossible. What if this happens after a few days of playing? Or after few weeks or even months? I think Star Vault needs to restore some broken trust here - with maximum transparency.
