How can I be punished and loose standing for looting a white bag and then my own bag

Been focked over many a time in many games but never like this

Looted a white bag. in Vadda...and got killed for it and lost standing....then tried to get my stuff back from my own bag and got killed again
ANd wend red for Khurites.
If the game cannot even adhere to its own rules what is the point playing it.

Will never ever loot a bag ever again taking away most of gameplay for me.

I only know of grey or blue.
You can only loot a grey lootbag within range of guards, not a blue one.

You had a stolen item in your bag. Stolen items are outlined in red. You can loot your stuff or non-stolen items without an issue but if you pick up a stolen item it is theft and thus counts against your rep. This is why you got killed by the guards and why you lost rep.

The Criminal, Murder, Looting system is screwed beyond hope.
Tho it sounds like you don know dem mechanics - make a new full sheevra 31 age, 129%stout, smallest height and come to my town VADDA.
Ill teach ya the ropes in less than a day and then you can do what it sounds like you enjoy the most - killing players and looting em.

It's a pretty common trick in towns. Put a stolen item in your bag, then commit a criminal act so the guards kill you. Your grey bag on the ground is now the bait for unsuspecting players. They don't notice the red outline on the stolen item, take it, go grey and get killed. The tricksters can then help themselves to the lootbag of the victim.
