Was thinking that more people would stave their animals/keep them outside if you gave a long lasting buff for stabling them for a few minutes. Make them have a slower stamina drain or a bit more health or something.
also give a large animal a debuff of some sort forbeing in doors .
maybe like an “agitated” debuff that causes them to throw off their rider for a few minutes.
