I think game should have ability to heal other players with bandages. It doesnt need to be anything special but should work the same as if you bandage yourself. Just need to stay close to each other while healing and maybe both needs to have combat Mode off.
Its weird that you meet low hp guy in wilderness and only way to heal him is to trade bandages (or be mage).
For pvp balance I'm not sure should It be primary skill or not. I have very little experience from pvp in mo2.
