GM Run Events?

GM's are fairly quick to response and seem to be around at all times
i wonder did they ever run any sort of GM Run event?
they have tools for something like that ?
they should have a wacky characther creator or something to play with us when not answering tickets
they only try to hit people with the meteors from a mang in space every few hours ?
