Fixes for Archery

Several bugs for archery.

1. Marksmanship does not level up through action. It’s has been a bug for many weeks.
2. When mounted, you do not regen stamina with a asymmetrical bow (new bug from last patch). I think Aiming Technique is not being applied to Mounted Archery.
3. There is no weakspot damage despite saying you get a weakspot. Damage has never been reflective on weakspot.

While you’re fixing this, update aiming technique so that it’s a secondary. It’s basically a feint but for bows.

He was suggesting they fix those bugs with archery.. That's a suggestion ... Right? IDC. Maybe I used the wrong word for all of them but the LAST THING about making aiming technique a secondary skill point was a suggestion!

Im pretty sure the veela archer arm and shoulder is still bugged to where you use more stam with a bow then you should.
