A few points I've noticed about Magic Reflect while playing:
I had magic reflect up and was attacked by a blue player. He casted fulminate on me, and it reflected back to him but he did not go gray for attacking me. I think this is a bug and should be fixed.
Magic Reflect doesn't work against Bandits (and presumably any AI). It would be nice if this were fixed as well.
