Murder counts should go down OFFLINE.

This whole game is centered around PVP. Not many people can play this for 8+ hours to burn one murder count... Just to go out and have 10 minutes of fun fighting? All these problems can be solved by having the murder count timer go down OFFLINE.

-99% of the game population.

I wouldnt say all the problems with punishment Will be solved by just making counts burn offline but its a start thats for sure.
