Ecumanical effect is blinding

Please make it less bright, is super blinding and does not add enjoyment to the game. The entire screen is just light.

This is a long time asked for change by man players. It should only be a one value adjustment.

They'll never change it. Just like why everyone has to play with altered contrast settings so they can see at night and not be blinded at day. It's dumb and they have no clue that people can easily see at night using alt z and adding a game filter. Not having a brightness setting only hurts people who don't know how to change it otherwise.
