I have a 3600 Ryzen 5 with a 3070 oc edition and 32gb of 3200 mhz ram. I've noticed stuttering in mortal online 2 with Frame rate drops from 120fps to 0-20 ish. I have all the performance settings on that would be required on the PC. Not sure what it is. There is hardly no programs running in the background. Any ideas? DX11 runs ok.
