Is this where we bug report? in-game limit too short to describe accurately.
When 0 skill points left and I have 100 creature control and 100 ADV creature control. locked.
Combat maneuvering(cm) is locked at 60. When reading a book under the parent skill cm, (armor training,
feint, etc.) even when locked it will increase the parent (cm) and decrease points from ADV CC even when locked.
I've duplicated this 3x now with different skill books under the parent skill cm.
