Hello friends, I extend to you an idea for a unique system of functions that, if implemented, would give MO2 another unique edge 'function-wise' in the MMORPG world. This idea is a system for collecting player and/or animal blood, with the implications of using it for many things possibly related to Necromancy, or even more.

My passion for orc-like species extends beyond Warhammer, Elder Scrolls, WarCraft 2: Tides of Darkness, and beyond Lord of the Rings. So as you can imagine, this idea began with an insatiable appetite for dwarf blood that I have had since I first heard Grim-gor say it in Total War Warhammer 2. Now hear me out, I'm not saying 'add vampires' I'm just hoping to explore the Thursar and/or Huergar's orc-like sides which we as orc-fans could potentially relate to.

Let's just say for this system and this game we aren't going to make those races dwarf hating 'blood-drinkers'. That's fine I can RP and compensate for my character lore :) However!!!! Imagine this angle, you collect your opponent's blood as a necromancer and can summon a mirror version thrall/minion of them, or whatever's blood you collected, or even use in alchemy somehow to hunt/track them down easier. Now, if there were a race that was weak in a way and it made them stronger to drink the blood of another race, that could be interesting as well and entice natural conflict. After all, another reason to have an enemy is another reason to make a friend! And we want this community to stick together right!? Also, maybe even a blood-collection system could be used for other things on the survival level like for actual transplants or for curing serious illnesses (if ever implemented).

This is just an idea if you would like to elaborate on it feel free. But I think it would be cool to bottle up player's blood regardless of what can then be done with it (chug chug chug), and truly feel this could be very unique and cool for necromancy even just if used in a blood spell to buff you from the blood owner or buff you from the type of class build the blood owner was/is or of course satiate a race-related 'blood-thirst'. Something could be done here? Or am I just lost in self-delusion wanting to roleplay a dwarf-blood drinking savage orc-like thirsty Thursar?? :)

Well you gave me another idea, get 20 bottles of player blood to spawn in a crazy necromancy-related boss. Smaller idea but should be solid angle for a development team to work with if they consider anything here. Cheers @Backyard Employee

In the first game Necromancy allowed players to create things such as Tupilaks, Death Knights, Shades, Skeletons, and even a Death Steed. So maybe.

I don't agree with it being BOSS LIKE.. We already experienced that in MO1 and it was severely unbalanced.

certainly not summon a thrall that is an actual npc boss LOL but just for a necromancy-related quest, that you would need players blood to summon and fight a type of boss specific to necromancy. this is what i implied. more ideas the merrier!
