So we all hate horses and pack animals in banks. But the argument is that you need to be able to unload stuff from your horse to the bank, and this is more difficult if you leave your horse outside and have to walk overburdened (often several times) to the bank. Solution:
1. Disable horses entereing banks (or being left in doorways) - basically code an exclusion zone for horses in bank buildings
2. Add slightly wider no-encumbrance zone around banks for players i.e. you can carry unlimited weight within that zone
Doing the above would mean horses could all be left (or auto stop) away from bank but within the no-encumbrance zone so players could unload them and walk to the bank. For example in Tindrem, the no-ecumbrance zone would be the courtyard area outside the bank, in Meduli the whole street outside the bank, in bakti the outside perimeter of the bank etc... a large enough area for dozens of horses to be left but leave banks free.
